Use of the Service

ImageToDrawio provides users with an AI-powered platform to convert images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP) into editable Draw.io diagram files. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access our image to Draw.io conversion features, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. We offer simple OAuth login via Google and GitHub.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Credits and Usage

  1. Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system:

    • New users receive 2 free credits upon registration
    • Each image to Draw.io conversion consumes 1 credit
    • Re-downloading previously converted files is free and doesn't consume credits
    • Inviting new users earns both parties 5 additional credits
    • When a referred user makes their first purchase, the referrer receives 50 bonus credits

  2. Credit Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through ImageToDrawio, including but not limited to the conversion technology, AI models, website design, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of ImageToDrawio is imagetodrawio.com.

  • You retain full ownership of your uploaded images and converted Draw.io files
  • You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying conversion technology or AI models
  • The core ImageToDrawio platform and conversion technology remain the property of imagetodrawio.com
  • Converted Draw.io files are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit

User Content and Privacy

  1. Your Diagrams: When you upload images for conversion:

    • Your images are processed securely and encrypted during transmission
    • We store conversion history to allow re-downloads without using additional credits
    • We do not use your diagrams to train our AI models
    • We do not share, sell, or distribute your converted diagrams to third parties

  2. Data Retention: We retain your conversion history for your convenience. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ImageToDrawio:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate our image to Draw.io conversion technology
  • Using the service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Circumventing credit limits or authentication systems
  • Automated scraping or bulk usage without using our official API
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
  • Reselling our service without explicit authorization
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

API Usage

  1. API Access: Professional and Enterprise plans include API access for programmatic image to Draw.io conversion

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

Service Availability and Limitations

  1. Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  2. Conversion Accuracy: AI-powered conversion works best with clear, high-contrast diagram images
  3. File Size Limits: Maximum upload size is 10MB per image
  4. Processing Time: Most conversions complete within 1-2 minutes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Specifically:
